CHALLENGE
The primary challenge was to develop an application and web services that enable shared coworking space memberships with minimal clicks. The solution should facilitate members across six continents to conveniently search and reserve an appropriate coworking space according to their specific requirements, along with a streamlined online payment experience through a unified platform.
OUR APPROACH
Our methodology commenced with an evaluation of various prevalent applications that had already gained traction in the market. We conducted multiple consultations with crucial project stakeholders. We subjected the product to various design iterations while closely scrutinising its functionality and user interface with a select group of beta testers, to ensure it met the required specifications. Additionally, we optimised its performance and compatibility for both mobile and web-based platforms.
THE RESULT
Both iOS and Android mobile applications were developed using native development methods. The core software development kits (SDKs) and functionalities used in the development process include Stripe SDK and in-app subscription feature, Intercom integration, Firebase Authentication, and a real-time database.
As for the web-based application, a frontend module was developed utilizing React technology, which is integrated with Intercom for customer communication purposes. Furthermore, the payment subscription module has been implemented through Stripe.
